Centro 7.8.2 Release Notes

Note: Centro WebApp requires .NET 4.7.2 or greater.

Overview

Centro 7.8.2 integrate newly supported file formats for ACT3D conversions which includes:

• Autodesk AutoCAD 2.5 to 2019 (2D and 3D)
• Autodesk Inventor Up to 2020 (3D)
• CATIA V5 R10 to R29 (V5-6R2019) (2D), Up to V5-6 R2019 (R29) (3D)
• CATIA V6 R2010x to R2019x (2D) Up to 2018x (3D)
• Parasolid Up to 31.1
• ProE & Creo 2000i to Creo 6.0 (2D), Pro/Engineer 19.0 to Creo 6.0 (3D)
• NX to NX 1872 Series (2D), V11.0 to NX 1847 Series (3D)
• SAT Up to 2019
• Solid Edge ST1 to 2020 (2D), From 97 up to 2019 (3D))

Issues addressed:

• Admin Area

  • Allow LDAP groups to be assigned as roles to previously imported LDAP users.

  • Users are sorted by username by default but UI shows sorted by Name in Admin Area.

  • User can set an empty name for the Category when editing.

• Catalog

  • Fix pagination of favorite parts in Homepage.

  • There is no translation for the "Show full precision" button in the Catalog Part View.

• Installation

  • Optimize Centro Web Application Pool Settings and Preserve in Upgrade Scenarios.

• Misc

  • PipelineHost, WebApp and PipelineManager should not use the same temp folder, use a sub-folder instead and clean it up on startup.

• Pipeline

  • Throw KitKatException when watched folder is unauthorized.

  • 3D PDF Attributes Missing.

  • Use CadFileInfomationReader in CadToPng to skip 2015 converter for Catia V5R29.

  • Populate RunProcess dynamic properties regardless of whether there is output.

  • Job Dictionary -%Polling_Directory_Watcher.relative_path% – Creates incorrect result (Remove trailing slash from PDW path).

• Projects

  • Fixed project view thumbnail display with long part names.

• Search

  • Prevent auto performing favorite searches on search page.

  • Fix loading of users selection in advanced search.

  • Display all 10 users in the select list of the advanced search.

  • Advanced Search cannot find numbers with more then 4 decimal digits.
